I believe, follow, and live with a healthy strong immune system. You can enjoy improved health and a bolstered immune system by following my plan. Most of us enter this world with few if any problems. Disease catches up with many of us later in life. Why is that?
In the 1950s, Dr. Royal Lee, considered by many as the “father of whole food nutrition” wrote that your immune system becomes weak due to poor diet and lifestyle choices. As a result, you are then especially susceptible to bacterial and viral infections. This was a bold statement at the time, but one many of us can agree with today. Dr. Lee teaches us the primary cause of low resistance is the lack of proper foods that strengthen the body.
So, with that in mind, what steps can you take to improve your immune system? The best method is to do so preventatively and continuously. However, it’s never too late to start!
